Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds accepted. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange.
Store Credit & Exchanges:
We happily accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The item is faulty, or
- You have received the wrong item.

An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-24 hours since payment
-the order is delayed for more than 10 business days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay
-the ordered item is out of stock
When a package has attempted delivery, and the address is incorrect at the result of the customer, there will be a 25% inventory fee deducted from the return, as we cannot attempt reshipment of the order or process a return in the goods/shipping costs. For all returned orders, there will be a 5% inventory/gas fee deducted from the refund.
